Tamales Fiesta, from a Mexican Chef

In this experience you'll learn how to make one of the most iconic dishes of Mexico, guided by a Mexican chef . At the same time you'll learn about the history of this dish and will prepare them several different ways - including tamales, oaxaqueños and Mexico City style. We also going to learn how to make some salsas from scratch and work whit the ingredients that you have available and getting some tips from the chef.
